"Call us by our names"

As we reflect on the death of a KING, let us also reflect on the symbol that this KING represented. If we as a people continue to deny our identity, our strength and power... not call us by our names and unite... it will continue to be stripped from us and be rewritten in history. Our story can be seen in the life and death of MJ. A natural and powerful gift. His voice... the sound... the vibrational tones... He represented what WE as a collective have inside of us, yet laying dormant in our subdued minds. He was sewn in the cosmic consciousness and We and THEY all knew it... and because it could not be hidden as he was too powerful... he had to be destroyed to later be re-written in history as someone other than what he was. A Beautiful child of the cosmic consciousness yet a tortured soul, not calling himself by his name!... We must rise up! Call us by our names...our true identity and unite! This KING's true identity and voice should never be silenced and rewritten in HIS-story!

"Tracking my thoughts"

Saturday night, i told O that the 25th is an important day. I didn't know why i said that.
Tuesday i watched a home video on youtube of the Jackson family... In the late 70's. Saw MJ holding a baby.
Thursday i felt sad towards the end of my day at work and didn't know why. When i got home, i questioned why i felt so sad. I considered calling a friend because i did not want to be alone.
A few minutes later, i got the News.

Would of never guessed that it would affect me that way.

Had a real cool vibe night with NCC tonight. caught a flick, wine... we walked around in circles in Union Square. I danced to some rhythm and drums. Heard the best freestyling session in like forever... heard a few religious debates.... and we walked in our circle... it was sweet.

Went to Jersey, Roller Skating with 65 year old Tariq. That man has plenty of energy... Definitely want to roller skate again... its plenty of fun. Tariq says when you Rollerskate, you are flying and at love... that is a place i want to be at.
